TITLE: Sales Director/Manager

LOCATION: Shenzhen, China

Description

This position is for the key sales person for Atmosic in Asia. Ability to identify opportunities and work with customers to close the deal is a must. This person will work with Marketing and FAE extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Be the lead sales person to promote and win opportunities
  • Do research, find, and visit new potential customers and present our value proposition
  • Drive key OEM relationships and support strategic account initiatives
  • Able to work with Marketing in promotion of the products
  • Support and train local distributors
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs and priorities
  • Work with FAEs to resolve technical and customer support issues
  • Work with business and management team on pricing strategies to close the deal
  • Understand competitor and market trends to provide accurate insight
  • Work with operations and business teams in providing customer forecast

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in wireless connectivity
  • Understanding of semiconductor sales and design win cycle
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Experience in IoT and Consumer markets
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced startup environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

Desired Experience

  • 7+ years of account management experience in high-tech electronics industry
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
