Description

This position is for someone who has worked on supporting and debugging customer issues and promoting the company products along with Sales and Marketing. Technical ability to solve problems and interact with customer product and R&D teams is key to this role.  Positions available in US, China, and Taiwan.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer with technical support locally and onsite customer premises
  • Provide training on company products
  • Support and train local distributors
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs and priorities
  • Support sales promotion and technical discussions of the company products

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in wireless connectivity
  • Good understanding of serial protocols such as UART, I2C, and SPI
  • Knowledgeable of CPU-based SoC’s and how to support FW and SW engineers
  • Experience with the full design cycle from concept to high volume production
  • Skilled in scripting and automation to enable high productivity
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced startup environment
  • General understanding of working within a Linux environment
  • Ability to travel as needed

Desired Experience

  • 3+ years of applicable experience
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
